FREEDOM ... by Terri Stevenson

This quilt was my second WORD QUILT ... and with it I learned a deeper focus and clarity of intention ... and balance. The observers eye as it transitions from the words to stand upon the background became my playground.

Where ever I found the meeting of these two colored conversations (the place on the quilt where letters meet field/background), I chose each piece of fabric from several perspectives of sight ... deliberating on the beauty I could observe. My goal was to make the opposing conversation blend in ways that only created beauty in my eyes.

I humbly share the lesson this quilt taught me about the Beauty of FREEDOM.

This quilt is approximately 30 inches H X 36 inches W, and has a pocket on the back for a rod or dowel to make hanging on a wall as easy as using two push-pins and a dowel rod. I usually sell these quilts for $300.00 US dollars, a real bargain considering the time it takes to craft them.

To help support my continued work here at Handmade-Hope, and my very livelihood as I attempt to retire from my 40 years of restaurant work, I am offering a special price on my WORD quilts of this approximate size.

SPECIAL OFFER - $200.00 and YOU pick the WORD of your choice.

What would you choose?

To order your quilt, and also support Handmade-Hope, send $100.00 through my secure paypal account, and when its finished you send the remaining $100.00. I'll send you a picture of the finished quilt before I post it for delivery!
